4. Pour the resulting dough into the prepared baking dish. Leve the surface with a shoulder blade or back of the spoon.
5. Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake the cupcake for about 30-35 minutes, or until cooked. To check the readiness, insert a wooden skewer or knife into the center of the muffin – if they come out clean, then the cupcake is ready.
6. When the cupcake is ready, take it out of the oven and leave it in the form for 10-15 minutes. Then carefully transfer it to the lattice for complete cooling.
7. After completely cooled, you can sprinkle a cupcake with powdered sugar or decorate with chocolate icing as desired.
