Egg muffins are a simple and delicious dessert that can be prepared in just a few steps. You will need the following ingredients: eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder, butter and vanilla extract.
To begin with, heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Then take a bowl and beat 3-4 eggs with 200 grams of sugar until the mixture becomes thick and homogeneous. Add 150 grams of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder, gently mixing all the ingredients. For the aroma, you can add half a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Now melt 100 grams of butter and cool it a little. After that, enter it into the dough and mix well to get a homogeneous mass without lumps.
Prepare a baking dish. You can use forms for cupcakes or silicone capsules. Pour the dough into the molds, filling them with about 2/3 of the total volume. Leave a little space for lifting cupcakes while baking.
Put the shape with the dough in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden. To make sure that the muffins are ready, you can use a wooden skewer. Stuck it in the middle of one of the cupcakes: if it comes out clean without adhering dough, then the cupcakes are ready.
When the cupcakes are ready, take them out of the oven and let cool a little before serving. You can sprinkle them with powdered sugar or decorate with cream or fruits on top as desired. Serve egg muffins with a cup of tea or coffee – they go well and will delight you and your loved ones.
