
Egg pudding is a delightful dessert dish that can be easily cooked at home. Here is a simple and delicious recipe for cooking egg pudding:
Ingredients:
– 4 eggs
– 500 ml of milk
– 100 g of sugar
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– slices of white bread (approximately 4-6)
– 1 tablespoon of oil (to lubricate the shape)
Instructions:
1. Pre -heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add vanilla extract and milk. Mix everything thoroughly.
3. Take a baking dish and grease it with oil to prevent pudding sticking.
4. Cut circles from slices of bread so that they cover the bottom of the shape. Place circles of bread in shape.
5. After that, carefully pour the prepared egg-milk mixture into the mold, covering the bread evenly.
6. Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake the pudding for about 40-45 minutes, or until it becomes golden from above and turns into an elastic pie.
7. When the pudding is ready, take it out of the oven and leave it for a few minutes so that it cools down a little. Then put on a dish and serve warm or cold.
8. If desired, you can decorate egg pudding with fresh fruits, chocolate chips or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
