
Harvesting hastections are a delightful delicacy that combines crisp nuts and delicate chocolate. This recipe is easy to prepare and does not require much effort. To prepare a halub in chocolate, you will need the following ingredients: hazelnuts, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, sugar and vanilla extract.
1. Start with the roasting of the hazelnut. To do this, heat the pan over medium heat and add hazelnuts. Fry the hazelnuts, stirring it, until a light golden shade and aroma appear. Set aside the fried hazelnut to the side to cool.
2. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath. If you use a microwave, melt the chocolate in portions of 30 seconds, stirring periodically. If you use a water bath, place the chocolate in a metal bowl and arrange it over boiling water, stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
3. Add to dark chocolate sugar and vanilla extract to your taste. Mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.
4. Dear each fried hazelnut in melted chocolate with a chocolate or fork. Provide the uniform coating of each nut with chocolate.
5. Put the pounds covered with chocolate on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper so that they froze. You can also add decorative elements, such as drinking nuts or chocolate crumbs, to the tops of nuts before their hardening.
6. Leave hazelnuts in chocolate on room temperature until the chocolate coating is completely hardened. It will take about 1-2 hours. If you want to speed up the process, you can put a baking sheet with a hazelnut in the refrigerator.
7. When the chocolate is completely freezed, your halub in chocolate is ready for use. Keep it in a sealed container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
