
The recipe for making a hawk eye:
The hawk eye is an exquisite dish that combines fresh ingredients and a unique taste. To prepare a hawk eye, you will need the following ingredients: 4 large tomatoes, 4 eggs, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 100 g. hard cheese, 50 gr. Masolin without bones, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
To begin with, prepare the ingredients. Wash and cut the tomatoes with lids. Carefully take out the insides of tomatoes, creating a cavity for the filling. Separate the yolks from the proteins of the eggs, and beat the proteins slightly with a fork. Finely chop the onion, and chop the garlic.
In a preheated pan, pour olive oil and fry onion and garlic until golden. Then add the pulp of tomatoes, chopped the insides of tomatoes there and continue to cook over medium heat until the mass becomes thick. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
