Ice Cream “Raffaello”

Raffaello ice cream recipe:
Ingredients:
– 400 ml of cream
– 200 ml of milk
– 150 g of sugar
– 1 vanilla stick or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 100 g nuts cashew
– 100 g of coconut chip
– 50 g of white chocolate
Recipe description:
1. In the stewpan, connect the cream, milk and sugar. Cut the vanilla stick along, remove the seeds and add them to the stewpan. If you do not have a vanilla stick, use vanilla extract.
2. Put the stewpan on medium heat and heat the mixture, stirring constantly until the sugar completely dissolves. Do not bring to a boil.
3. Remove the stewpan from the heat and leave the mixture for 15-20 minutes for the infusion of vanilla.
4. At this time, fry the nuts in cashew in a dry pan until golden. Cool and chop the nuts with a blender or finely cut it with a knife.
5. After cooling the vanilla mixture, remove the vanilla stick (if used) and add coconut chips. Mix well.
6. Pour the mixture into the ice cream and prepare according to the instructions of your ice cream. If you do not have ice cream, you can use a metal container. In this case, place the container with the mixture in the freezer and take out and mix thoroughly every 30 minutes to avoid the formation of ice crystals.
7. When the ice cream reaches the density of the consistency, add chopped cashew nuts and thinly chopped white chocolate. Mix thoroughly.
8. Transfer ice cream to the storage container and place in the freezer for several hours or until completely freezing.
9. When serving, decorate the portions of the ice cream “Raffaello” with a coconut and the remaining nuts.
