Ingredients:
– 2 cup cups (with fat content of at least 35%)
– 1 cup of whole milk
– 3/4 cups of sugar
– 4-5 branches of fresh mint
– 6 yolks eggs
– A pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. In the stewpan, connect the cream, milk, half sugar and fresh mint. Put on medium heat and heat up until the mixture almost boils. Then remove from the heat, cover the lid and leave to infuse for 30 minutes. This will help to convey your aroma of ice cream.

7. Complete the preparation of ice cream in accordance with the instructions of your ice cream or using the method of freezing manually. If you do in manual mode, place the mixture in a metal container, close the film and place in the freezer. Every 30 minutes, mix the ice cream thoroughly to prevent the formation of ice crystals, repeat this operation about 3-4 times.
