
Japanese pudding, also known as Purin, is one of the popular desserts in Japan. This delicate and cream dessert has a unique taste and texture that won the hearts of many people around the world. Here is a simple recipe for making delicious Japanese pudding.
Ingredients:
– 4 eggs
– 500 ml of milk
– 100 g of sugar
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preparation steps:
1. Pre -heat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
2. In a bowl, connect the eggs and sugar, beat well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
3. Add milk and vanilla extract to a bowl with eggs and sugar, mix thoroughly.
4. Strain the resulting mixture through a sieve or small sieve to remove possible lumps of egg proteins.
5. Divide the mixture into equal portions and pour it into ceramic or glass pudding molds.
6. Place the molds in a large baking sheet or deep shape and pour hot water to half the height of the molds to create a water bath.
7. Put a baking sheet with molds in a preheated oven and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for about 40-45 minutes, until the pudding freezes and acquires a light golden crust.
8. Check the readiness of the pudding by inserting a knife or toothpick into it – they should come out clean.
9. Cool the puddings of at room temperature, and then transfer them to the refrigerator for several hours for complete hardening.
10. When the pudding cools and freezes, carefully separate it from the walls of the mold with a knife and turn it on a plate for serving.
11. If you wish, decorate the pudding with fresh fruits, syrup or chocolate sprinkling.
