Jasper chocolate cake is a delicate and fragrant treat that will conquer the hearts of chocolate lovers. This pie is prepared using jasper chocolate, which gives it a special taste and texture.
To prepare a jasper chocolate cake, you will need the following ingredients:
– 200 grams of dark chocolate (content of at least 70% cocoa)
– 200 grams of butter
– 4 eggs
– 200 grams of sugar
– 150 grams of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– A pinch of salt
Start with preliminary preparation. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare a round shape for baking, about 22 cm in diameter. Do not forget to lubricate the mold with oil or put parchment with paper.
Melt dark chocolate and butter in a water bath or in a microwave. Stir periodically to avoid overheating of chocolate. Give the mixture to cool to room temperature.
Separate the yolks from proteins. In a large bowl, beat the yolks with sugar until thick and lush mass. Add a cooled chocolate-oil sauce and mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Gradually add a dry mixture to the liquid mass, gently mixing so that the lumps do not form.
Now go to whipping proteins. Beat them until the peak structure is formed. Gradually add whipped proteins to the dough, gently mixing with a spatula from top to bottom.
Gently pour the finished dough into a prepared baking dish. Comers the surface and put the pie in the preheated oven for approximately 35-40 minutes, or until it acquires a delicious golden color and a test for a dry match will not pass.
After the capacity is ready, leave it a little cool in shape, then gently transfer it to the grille for complete cooling.
