For the preparation of jasper tart, you will need the following ingredients:
– 200 g of wheat flour;
– 100 g of butter;

– 100 g of white chocolate;
– 2 eggs;
– 50 g of sugar powder;

Start with the preparation of the dough. Mix flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add cold butter chopped into cubes and beat it with flour until the crumb is obtained. Add the egg and knead the dough until smooth. Wrap it in a film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
At this time, prepare a jasper cream. Melt white chocolate in a water bath and cool it to room temperature. Beat the cream into the lush foam, add sugar powder and vanilla extract. Gradually pour the melted chocolate into the whipped cream, gently mixing.
