You will need the following ingredients: eggs – 4 pieces, sugar – 200 grams, flour – 200 grams, soda – 1 teaspoon, apples – 6 pieces, butter – 100 grams, vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon, yogurt – 200 ml, gelatin – 10 grams, water – 100 ml, food paint (yellow and green) – at will.
For preparation, start with the preparation of apples. Clean and cut them into thin slices. Put the slices of apples in the baking dish, previously greased it with butter. Sprinkle the apples with 2 tablespoons of sugar and put the shape in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

To create the Yashma effect, prepare a gelatin glaze. Dissolve gelatin in cold water and leave for 5-10 minutes to swell. Then add boiling water and mix until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add food paint as desired.
Cover the cake glaze, starting from the upper part and evenly distributing it on the sides. Leave the cake a few hours until the glaze is hardened.
