Jashmovy cake “Chizkeke New York”

Jashmovy cake “Chizkeke New York” is an exquisite and delicate treat that will conquer the hearts of fans of cheese desserts. This recipe combines the classic taste of an American cheesecake with a unique jasper charm. You will need the following ingredients:
– 300 g of crackers (Graham Clotes or cookies like digestive are suitable)
– 150 g of butter
– 600 g of soft cream cheese
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 200 ml of cream (with fat content of at least 30%)
– 100 g of white chocolate
– edible jasper to decorate (you can use different colors)
To get started, prepare the basis of the cake. Grind the crackers in the crumb, add molten butter and mix thoroughly. Put the resulting mass on the bottom of the baking shape and evenly seal it. Put the shape in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Then take up the filling. In a large bowl, mix soft cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Beat all the ingredients until a homogeneous consistency. Add cream and mix thoroughly.
Heat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Remove the shape from the refrigerator and fill the base. Distribute the filling throughout the area and gently flatter the surface.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until it acquires a light golden coating on the upper part. Then turn off the oven and leave the cake in it for another 1 hour so that it cools slowly.
After cooling the cake, gently remove it from the mold and transfer it to the dish. Melt white chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave and evenly distribute it on top of the cake. Sprinkle with an edible jasper on top, creating the desired decor.
Let the cake freeze a little in the refrigerator before serving. Enjoy the excellent taste and exquisite appearance of the Jashmov Cake “Chizkeke New York”.
