10. Apply the second layer of mousse to the first layer, evenly distribute it on the surface and put it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
11. Prepare the third mousse filling. If you wish, add a little food paint to create a jasper effect. Beat the cream to peaks, add sugar and paint, mix gently.
