Jashmoval cake “Roll with caramel” is an exquisite delicacy that combines a delicate biscuit cake, sweet caramel filling and air cream cream. This cake has a unique look resembling jasper, and is perfect for special occasions and the festive table.
Ingredients:
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of sugar
– 150 g of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 100 g of oil
– 200 g of condensed milk
– 100 g of cream
– 50 g of sugar
– 50 g of oil
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with sugar until a thick mass is formed.
2. See the flour and baking powder, add to the egg-sajar mixture and gently mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
3. Melt the oil, cool to room temperature and add to the dough. Mix.
4. Pour the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and flatter it.
5. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes, or while the cake becomes golden. Cool completely.
6. For caramel filling, mix condensed milk, cream, sugar, butter and vanilla extract in a pan. Warm over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and becomes caramel color.
7. Place the first cake on the tray and evenly apply half the caramel filling on it. Repeat with the remaining coat and caramel.
8. Turn the cake in the shape of a roll and cool in the refrigerator for several hours.
9. If desired, decorate the cake with chocolate crumbs, berries or mint leaves before serving.
