Jashmovy cake “Smetannik”

Jashmovy cake “Smetannik” is a delicate and air dessert with a rich sour cream taste. This recipe is easy to prepare, and the result will delight both you and your guests.
Ingredients:
– 200 g of butter
– 2 cups of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 2 cups of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder (soda)
– 1 teaspoon of vinegar
– 1 glass of sour cream
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
For cream:
– 400 g of sour cream
– 1 glass of powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
For glaze:
– 200 g of condensed milk
– 100 g of chocolate
Preparation:
1. Beat the butter with sugar to splendor. Add eggs one at a time, continuing to whip until a homogeneous mass.
2. In a separate bowl, mix flour and baking powder. Gradually add a mixture of flour to the dough, while alternating sour cream. Mix until smooth dough. Add vinegar and vanilla extract, mix well.
3. Pour the dough into a baking dish, greased with oil and sprinkled with flour. Calm the surface of the dough.
4. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes or until the cake becomes golden from above and bakes completely inside. Check the readiness by stuck a wooden skewer into the center of the cake – if it comes out clean, then the cake is ready.
5. Leave the cake on the grille for cooling in the form, then carefully remove it from the mold and completely cool.
6. To prepare the cream, mix sour cream, sugar powder and vanilla extract until a homogeneous consistency.
7. Apply the cream to the cooled cake with a uniform layer, using a shoulder blade or knife.
8. To make glaze, melt the chocolate in a water bath and mix it with condensed milk until smooth mass is obtained.
9. Cover the cake with glaze and evenly distribute it on the surface.
10. Leave the cake for several hours in the refrigerator to solidify the cream and glaze.
When serving, you can decorate the cake with fresh berries or chocolate chips. Enjoy this magnificent Yashmov cake “Smetannik”!
