
Jasper cupcake is an exquisite treat that combines the tenderness and aroma of vanilla, as well as notes of citrus fruits. This recipe is easy to prepare and does not require much effort.
Ingredients:
– 200 g of oil
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 250 g of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– Zest 1 lemon
– Zest 1 orange
– a pinch of salt
Preparation:
1. Pre -heating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare a baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, beat the oil and sugar until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add the eggs one at a time, continuing to beat after each addition.
3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing thoroughly.
4. Add vanilla extract and zest of lemon and orange. Continue mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
5. Pour the dough into a prepared baking form. Distribute it evenly over the entire surface.
6. Put the form in the preheated oven and bake the cupcake for about 45-50 minutes, or until it becomes golden from above and a check for readiness will not pass, sticking a wooden skewer into it (it should come out dry).
7. When the cupcake is ready, leave it in the form for 10-15 minutes, and then gently transfer it to the lattice for complete cooling.
After cooling, the jasper cupcake is ready for serving. You can decorate it with powdered sugar or sprinkle with fresh fruits before serving. Enjoy this fragrant and delicate dessert with your loved ones and guests!
