Ingredients:
– 300 grams of butter
– 250 grams of honey
– 200 grams of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of soda
– 1 kg of flour
– 500 ml of sour cream
– 500 g of condensed milk
– 200 grams of nuts (any to your taste)
– 200 grams of chocolate shavings
Preparation:
1. Melt the butter in a pan over low heat. Add honey and sugar, mix thoroughly until sugar is completely dissolved. Bring the mixture to a boil and leave on low heat to maintain it hot.
2. In a separate bowl, slightly beat the eggs. Gradually add a hot oil-honey mixture to them, continuing to beat.
3. In another bowl, mix flour with soda. Gradually add a mixture of eggs, oils and honey to flour, thoroughly mixing all the ingredients until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
4. Divide the dough into 8-10 equal parts and roll out each portion to a thickness of about 5 mm. Bake each cake at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 7-10 minutes or until golden.
5. Cool the cakes, then grease each layer with sour cream and condensed milk. After each layer, sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips.
6. After the completion of the breakdown, cover the cake on top and on the sides with a thin layer of sour cream. Decorate it with the remaining nuts and chocolate chips.
