Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate (of your choice)
– 250 ml of cream (30-35% fat)
– 50 g butter
– 2 tablespoons of sugar
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preparation:
1. Start by breaking chocolate into small pieces and put them in a heat -resistant bowl.
2. In the pan, heat the cream to the state of almost boiling. Then turn off the heat and gently pour the heated cream into a bowl of chocolate.
3. Add butter, sugar and vanilla extract to a bowl of chocolate and cream.
4. Place a bowl over a pan with hot water (water bath) and gently stir all the ingredients until they completely dissolve and the mixture becomes homogeneous. Make sure that the bottom of the bowl does not apply to water.
5. When the chocolate cream becomes smooth and homogeneous, remove it from torn over boiling water and leave it on the table to room temperature.
6. Then cover the cream with a film and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours so that it completely froze and acquire the consistency of the cream.
