Jasper chocolate pudding

Jasper chocolate pudding is an exquisite and delicate dessert dish that is perfect for a cozy evening or a special occasion. It includes chocolate, sugar, milk, eggs and aromatic spices. The recipe for the preparation of jasper chocolate pudding is simple, but requires some skills.
To prepare jasper chocolate pudding, you will need the following ingredients: 100 g of dark chocolate, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 500 ml of milk, 3 yolks, 2 tablespoons of starch, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, a pinch of ground cinnamon and a pinch of ground nutmeg.
To begin with, melt the chocolate in a water bath until smooth mass is obtained. Then add half sugar and milk to the chocolate, and continue to mix until sugar is completely dissolved. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Separate the yolks from the proteins and mix the yolks, the remaining sugar and starch in a separate bowl. Gradually add a hot chocolate mixture to a bowl of yolks, stirring constantly.
Return the mixture back to the pan and heat over medium heat, constantly stirring until the pudding thickens. It will take about 5-7 minutes.
When the pudding thickens, remove it from heat and add vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
Pour the pudding into separate portioned containers or molds and cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours so that it completely froze and acquires a jasper look.
When serving jam chocolate pudding, you can decorate it with thin pieces of chocolate or fresh fruits. Bon appetit!
