To prepare a jasper chocolate roll, you will need the following ingredients:
– 4 eggs
– 100 g of sugar
– 80 g of flour
– 20 g of cocoa powder
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 200 ml of whipping cream
– 150 g of white chocolate
– 50 g of oil
Start by preparing a biscuit base. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Divide eggs into proteins and yolks. Beat the yolks with a half sugar until a lush mass is formed.
In a separate pure container, beat the proteins with the remaining sugar until a dense foam is formed. Gradually add whipped proteins to the egg mass, gently mixing from the bottom up.
Add sifted flour, cocoa powder and baking powder to the dough. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Pour the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, and evenly distribute it on the surface.

When the biscuit has cooled, carefully remove it from parchment paper and apply a jasper cream on it. Close the cream on the surface of the biscuit and carefully roll the roll, starting from the short side.
Put the roll in the refrigerator for several hours so that it is soaked and acquire the desired consistency. Before serving, you can decorate the roll with thin slices of white chocolate or sprinkle with a cocoa powder.
