
Recipe for cooking jasper coconut cake:
Ingredients:
– 500 g of flour
– 7 g of dry yeast
– 100 g of sugar
– 100 g of oil
– 200 ml of warm milk
– 3 eggs
– 100 g of raisins
– 100 g of coconut chip
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– a pinch of salt
– Zest 1 lemon
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, dry yeast and a pinch of salt. Add oil and warm milk. Mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
2. Break the eggs in a separate bowl and add to the dough. Knead the dough to elasticity.
3. Add raisins, coconut chips and vanilla extract to the dough. Mix so that the ingredients are evenly distributed.
4. Cover a bowl with the dough with a clean cloth or film and leave for 1-2 hours to raise.
5. After raising the dough, remove it on the table, sprinkled with flour, and divide it into two equal parts.
6. Form a round bun with a hole in the center from each half of the dough, creating a cake form.
7. Place the buns on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, and leave for 30-60 minutes for the final lift.
8. Pre -heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
9. Bake the cakes in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden.
10. After baking, cool the Easter cakes on the grate.
11. After completely cooled, you can sprinkle cakes with powdered sugar or decorate with icing.
