Ingredients:
– 1 bank of coconut milk (400 ml)
– 1/4 cup of sugar
– 2 tablespoons of starch
– 1/2 cup of water
– 1/2 cup chips
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Recipe description:
1. In a small pan, connect coconut milk and sugar. Heat over medium heat so that the sugar completely dissolves, but do not bring to a boil.
2. In a separate bowl, dilute the starch with water and stir well so that there are no lumps.
3. Gradually add diluted starch to coconut milk, stirring constantly.
4. Continue to heat and stir the mixture until it thickens and acquires the consistency of the cream. It will take about 5-7 minutes.
5. Remove the pan from the heat and let the coconut cream cool to room temperature.
6. Add coconut chips and vanilla extract to a cooled cream. Mix thoroughly so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
7. Pour the finished jasper coconut cream into glass jars or containers and store in the refrigerator before use.
