Jasper coconut ice cream

Recipe for cooking jasper coconut ice cream:
Jasper coconut ice cream is a refreshing dessert with a unique coconut taste, which is perfect for cooling on hot summer days or as a wonderful completion of dinner. This recipe differs in its simplicity and does not require special equipment for cooking.
Ingredients:
– 400 ml of caroted coconut milk
– 200 ml of cream
– 100 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 50 g of jasper sugar (you can use ordinary sugar if jasper sugar is not available)
– 50 g of coconut chip
Instructions:
1. In a small pot, mix coconut milk and cream. Heat the mixture over medium heat until vapor appears, but do not boil.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
3. Gradually add a heated mixture of coconut milk and cream to the egg mixture, constantly stirring.
4. Return the mixture to the pan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens enough to cover the back of the spoon. Do not bring to a boil!
5. Remove the pan from the heat and give the mixture to cool to room temperature.
6. Then cover the pan with a film and put in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours or until complete cooling.
7. When the mixture has completely cooled, pour it into the freezer and freeze it for 2-3 hours, or until the ice cream becomes completely frozen.
8. Before serving, remove ice cream from the freezer and let it soften a little at room temperature.
9. Sprinkle on top with jasper sugar and coconut chips for decoration.
10. The finished jasper coconut ice cream can be served in horns or cups.
