Jasper coconut parf

Jasper coconut parf is a delightful dessert that combines tenderness and refreshing coconut sweetness. You will need the following ingredients: 1 cup of coconut milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 eggs, 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon of coconut extract, a pinch of salt, 1 cup of cream, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 /4 cups of crushed jasper nuts for decoration.
To begin with, beat coconut milk and half sugar in a bowl to a thick consistency. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the remaining half sugar, vanilla and coconut extracts, as well as salt, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Transfer the mixture of eggs to the pan and add whipped coconut milk to it. Put the pan on medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened the mixture. It will take about 8-10 minutes. Do not bring to a boil.
As soon as the mixture thickens, remove the pan from the heat and cool to room temperature. Then put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours so that it completely cooled and becomes more dense.
At this time, whisk the cream and gradually add sugar powder, continuing to beat until you get lush caps of cream.
Remove the cooled coconut mixture from the refrigerator and carefully connect it with whipped cream, making light movements from the bottom up to preserve airiness. Pour the resulting mass into portioned glass glasses or cups and take it into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours for complete hardening.
When serving, sprinkle the finished jasper coconut parfs with chopped jasper nuts for decoration. Bon appetit!
