Ingredients:
– 2 cups of wheat flour

Preparation steps:
1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
2. Beat the egg in another bowl, then add milk, melted butter and vanilla extract. Beat all the ingredients together.
3. Gradually add dry ingredients to liquid, constantly stirring to avoid lumps.
4. Heat deep frying to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
5. Using a spoon or confectionery bag, put the portions of the dough into the heated oil. Fry the donuts until golden brown on both sides. Please note that they will expand in size after lowering into the oil.
