Ingredients:
– 250 grams of cream (fat content of at least 35%)
– 100 g of white chocolate
– 1 teaspoon of mint extract
– Green food paint (optional)

Recipe description:
1. In a small pan over medium heat, heat the cream to almost a boil. Remove from heat.
2. Cross white chocolate into small pieces and add it to hot cream. Stir until the chocolate completely melts and the mixture becomes smooth.
3. Add mint extract to the cream and mix.
4. If you want to give the cream a bright green color, add a few drops of green food paint and mix again.
5. Leave the cream for 10-15 minutes so that it cools down a little.
6. Using a mixer, beat the cream at an average speed until peaks are formed. If the cream is too liquid, add the sugar powder gradually and continue to beat until the desired consistency.
7. Pour the finished cream into a glass container or jar and take it into the refrigerator for cooling for several hours.
