2. In a large bowl, mix wheat flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
3. In another large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until a smooth consistency is obtained. Add the eggs one at a time, whipping thoroughly after each addition.
4. Add milk and mint extract to a mixture with butter and sugar. If you want the cupcake to be green, add a little green food paint and mix thoroughly.
5. Gradually add dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and salt) to a wet mixture. Mix thoroughly so that all the ingredients mix well.
6. Add chopped chocolate to the dough and carefully mix it until the uniform distribution of chocolate pieces.
7. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking dish and smooth its surface.
8. Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and readiness (check readiness by stuck a wooden skewer into the cake center-it should go dry).
9. When the cupcake is ready, leave it in the form on the grille for cooling for about 10 minutes. Then gently remove the cupcake from the mold and completely cool on the lattice.
