
The “lemon pie” cake is a refreshing and fragrant dessert with a rich taste of lemon, combining delicate dough and cream filling. Here is a recipe to cook it at home.
Ingredients:
– 200 g of cookies like “Maria”
– 100 g butter
– 4 eggs
– 400 ml of condensed milk
– 120 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
– Zest 2 lemons
– 1 tablespoon of flour
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– powder for decoration
Instructions:
1. Prepare a baking dish with a diameter of about 22 cm. Lubricate it with butter or use baking paper.
2. Grind the cookies to the state of the crumb. Do this manually or using a blender.
3. Melt the butter and mix it with cookies. Put the resulting mixture on the bottom of the prepared shape and evenly distribute to form the base of the pie. Put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to freeze.
4. In a bowl, beat the eggs until a homogeneous consistency. Add condensed milk, freshly squeezed lemon juice, zest of lemons, flour and vanilla extract. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until the smooth cream is obtained.
5. Remove the shape from the refrigerator and gently pour the prepared cream on the base of cookies.
6. Put the shape in the oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake the pie for about 30-35 minutes or until golden crust.
7. After the pieces of the pie, leave it in the refrigerator for cooling and solidification for several hours or better at night.
8. Before serving, sprinkle the cake with lemon zest or powder. Lemon pie pie is ready!
