
Recipe for making chocolate cake with raspberries:
Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 200 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– A pinch of salt
– 200 g of fresh raspberries
For cream:
– 300 ml of cream
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 2 tablespoons
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Additionally:
– Fresh raspberry for decoration
– Sprinking powder
Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare a round baking dish, grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath or in a microwave. Let it cool a little.
3. In a large bowl, mix sugar and eggs, whipping until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Gradually add melted chocolate and oil, continuing to whip.
4. See the flour, baking powder and salt in the dough. Mix gently until a smooth state is obtained.
5. Add fresh raspberries to the dough and mix gently.
6. Pour the dough into a prepared baking form and smooth the surface.
7. Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the wooden skewer inserted into the middle of the cake is dry.
8. While the cake cools down, prepare a chocolate cream. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave. Cool to room temperature.
9. Beat cream with icing sugar and vanilla extract until stable peaks are formed.
10. Gradually add melted chocolate with whipped cream and gently mix until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
11. When the cake has completely cooled, remove it from the shape. Completely cool on the grill.
12. Cover the cooled cake with chocolate cream. Decorate with fresh raspberries and sprinkle with powder for a spectacular look.
13. Leave the cake in the refrigerator for several hours to solidify the cream before serving.
