
The “Honey” cake is a classic puff pastry with delicate honey -based cream. Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
– 250 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 350 g of flour
– 1 tsp. baking powder
– 1 glass of milk
– 300 g of honey
– 500 g of sour cream
– 200 g of walnuts
Preparation steps:
1. First prepare the dough. Beat soft butter with sugar until lush mass is formed. Add eggs, one at a time, continuing to whip.
2. See the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl, then add them to the oil mixture gradually, alternating with milk. Mix thoroughly to get a homogeneous dough.
3. Divide the dough into 8-10 equal parts and roll each into a thin circle. Bake each circle in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for about 6-8 minutes. Repeat with the remaining test.
4. To prepare the cream, mix honey with sour cream, beat well until a homogeneous consistency.
5. Prepare the filling sequentially, putting each cake on a dish and applying a layer of cream on it. After that, lay out the next cake and continue to repeat the process until all the cakes end. The last cake can simply be trampled with your hands.
