
Mussy cake recipe (Mousse Cake):
Ingredients:
– 200 g of cookies for the base
– 100 g of butter (molten)
– 300 g of chocolate (dark or milk)
– 500 ml of cream (33% fat)
– 4 eggs
– 100 g of sugar
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 2 sheets of gelatin (without taste and aroma)
– Fruits and berries for decoration
Recipe description:
1. Grind the cookies in the crumb, add molten butter and mix well. Distribute the resulting mixture at the bottom of the cake and click evenly to create the base. Put the shape in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Beat the cream until the peak structure is formed. Leave them in the refrigerator.
3. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a water bath. Give the chocolate to cool a little.
4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until a lush mass is obtained. Add vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.
5. Soak gelatin in cold water, then melt it in a water bath or in a microwave.
6. Gradually add melted chocolate to the egg mixture, stirring constantly. Then add melted gelatin and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
7. Gently add whipped cream to the chocolate mixture and gently mix until the smooth mousse is obtained.
8. Pour mousse on the basis of cookies in the form for a cake. Distribute the mousse evenly and smooth the surface.
9. Put the cake in the refrigerator for several hours (preferably at night) so that it froze.
10. Before serving, decorate the cake with fresh fruits and berries.
