Ingredients:
– 500 g of potatoes
– 50 g butter
– 100 ml of milk
– 2 tablespoons of sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optionally)
– a pinch of cinnamon (optionally)
– sugar powder for sprinkling (optionally)
Preparation steps:
1. First prepare potato puree. Clean the potatoes and cut it into pieces.
2. Put the potatoes in a pan, add a sufficient amount of water to cover the potatoes and put on fire. Cook to the softness of the potatoes (check, piercing with a knife).
3. Drain the water and return the potatoes back to the fire to remove excess moisture.
4. Add butter and milk to the potatoes and begin to knead it with a fork or use a puree. Continue to stir until you get smooth and cream puree without lumps.
5. Add sugar and vanilla extract (if you use) in mashed potatoes and mix to evenly distribute sweetness throughout the dessert.
6. If desired, you can add a pinch of cinnamon for aroma and taste.
7. Divide the potato puree into portions and decorate with powder sugar.
8. Potato desserts are ready to serve! You can serve them both warm and cold.
