Ingredients:
– 200 g of flour
– 150 g of sugar
– 100 g of soft butter
– 3 eggs
– 120 ml of milk
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 150 g of fresh raspberries
Preparation:
1. In pre-heated up to 180 degrees of the furnace, bake the form for muffins for 10-15 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour and baking powder.
3. In another bowl, beat the oil and sugar until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
4. Add one egg in an oil-sahar mixture, each broken and mixing well until the next one is added.
5. Pour the vanilla extract and half the milk into the oil-vic mixture, then add half the mixture with flour.
6. Repeat this process with the remaining milk and flour, mixing well every time to get a homogeneous dough.
7. Carefully add fresh raspberries to the dough and mix gently.
8. Remove the heated shape from the furnace and pour the dough into it.
9. Return the form back to the furnace and bake a cupcake for about 35-40 minutes or until golden color and readiness (check readiness with a wooden skewer-it should come out dry).
10. When the cupcake is ready, cool it in the form for several minutes, and then transfer it to the grill for complete cooling.
