Raspberry ice cream is a refreshing and fragrant dessert that is perfect for summer days or parties. Here is the recipe for this delicate and tasty delicacy.
Ingredients:
– 500 g of fresh raspberries
– 200 g of sugar
– 400 ml of cream (with fat content of at least 35%)
– 4 yolks
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Description:
1. First prepare raspberry sauce. Put half the raspberry in the pan and add half the sugar. Heat over medium heat to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring until the berries soften and the juice is enough. Then pour the contents of the pan through a small sieve or use a blender to get a smooth puree sauce. Leave him to cool.
2. In another pan, mix the cream and the remaining half of the sugar. Heat the mixture over medium heat, constantly stirring, until the sugar completely dissolves.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the yolks with vanilla extract until a thick and lush mass is formed.
4. Gradually pour a small amount of hot creamy mixture into the yellow mass, stirring constantly to avoid egg curls. Then return everything back to the pan.
5. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and is covered with small bubbles. Do not bring to a boil!
6. Leave the resulting ice cream dough to cool at room temperature, then place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until completely cool.
7. When the mixture cools completely, add raspberry sauce, leaving a small part for decoration. Mix to evenly distribute the sauce along the mass of ice cream.
8. Pour the resulting mixture into the ice cream and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
9. After making ice cream, decorate it with the remaining raspberry sauce and fresh berries.
10. The resulting raspberry ice cream is ready to serve! Enjoy his delicate taste and refreshing texture.
