Ingredients:
– 1 kg of fresh raspberry
– 800 g of sugar
– Juice of half lemon

1. Prepare fresh raspberries, remove the stalks and rinse them thoroughly under cold water. Let them dry well.
2. Put raspberries in a large pan and add sugar. Mix well so that sugar is evenly distributed through the berries.
3. Add lemon juice to the pan with raspberries and sugar. Lemon juice will help to more clearly express the taste of raspberries and prevent fruit oxidation.
4. Put the pan on medium heat and heat, stirring from time to time. When boiling begins, reduce the fire to a minimum and continue to cook jam for about 1-2 hours, until the mixture becomes thick and consistent. Remember that cooking time can vary depending on the desired consistency of the jam.
5. In the process of cooking, remove the foam formed on the surface of the jam to get a cleaner and more transparent product.
6. Check the readiness of the jam, accumulating a little on the plate and leaving for a few minutes. If the jam is frozen and not fluid, then he is ready. If not, continue to cook for some more time and repeat the check.
7. When Jam reached the desired density, turn off the fire and let it cool in a pan.
8. After cooling, pour raspberry jam into sterilized jars or containers. Close tightly with lids and store in a cool and dry place.
