Ingredients:
– For the biscuit:
– 200 g of flour
– 50 g of cocoa powder
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of butter
– 100 ml of milk
– For caramel layer:
– 200 g of condensed milk
– 100 g butter
– 100 g of brown sugar
– 100 g of peanuts
– For cream cream:
– 250 g of cream cheese
– 250 g of cream
– 100 g of sugar powder
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Cook the biscuit: mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in one bowl. In another bowl, beat sugar, eggs and melted butter until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Gradually add a mixture of flour and cocoa, and then pour milk. Mix thoroughly.
2. Pour the dough into a baking dish with a diameter of about 20 cm, previously greased with oil or covered with parchment paper. Equally level the surface. We bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. We check the readiness with a wooden skewer – if it comes out dry, the biscuit is ready.
3. Cooking the caramel layer: we melt the butter and brown sugar over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar completely dissolves. Add condensed milk and continue to cook until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add peanuts, mixing thoroughly. We spread the caramel layer on the cooled biscuit and let it cool completely.
4. Prepare cream cream: beat the cream cheese, cream, sugar powder and vanilla extract until a lush consistency is obtained.
5. We apply a cream cream to the caramel layer and evenly distribute it over the entire surface of the cake.
6. Snickers Cake is ready! We decorate it at will of chocolate, peanuts or caramel.
