
Strawberry tiramisu is a delightful dessert that combines the delicate layers of biscuit cookies, aromatic strawberry cream and rich coffee taste. Here is the recipe for this exquisite goodness!
Ingredients:
– 250 g of fresh strawberry berries
– 250 g of masquearpone (soft and creamy cheese)
– 100 g of sugar
– 2 eggs
– 200 ml of cream (liquid)
– 1 tablespoon of soluble coffee
– 200 ml of hot water
– 200 g of biscuit cookies (Savoyardi or Lollice)
Preparation:
1. Prepare a strawberry cream. To do this, clean and cut half the strawberry berries. Beat mascarpone with a half sugar until a homogeneous mass is formed. Add chopped strawberries and mix gently.
2. In another bowl, whip the liquid cream until a dense foam is formed. Add the remaining half of sugar and eggs, continue to whip to the density.
3. Prepare coffee syrup. Dissolve soluble coffee in hot water and let it cool.
4. Moisten biscuit cookies in coffee syrup and put it on the bottom of the baking dish or transparent cup.
5. Apply a layer of strawberry cream to cookies.
6. Cover with a layer of whipped cream.
7. Repeat this process, creating layers: cookies, strawberry cream, whipped cream until all the ingredients end. The last layer should be strawberry cream.
8. Decorate Tiramisu with fresh strawberry berries.
9. Put Tiramis in the refrigerator for several hours (preferably at night) so that it is saturated and become more juicy.
10. The finished strawberry tiramisu can be served and cut portable.
