
Recipe for making sweets “Red jelly”:
Ingredients:
– 1 cup of fruit juice (for example, cherry or strawberry)
– 2 gelatin bags (10 g each)
– 1/2 cup sugar
– food dye (red)
– corn starch or sugar for sprinkling
Recipe description:
1. In a small pan, dilute fruit juice and gradually pour gelatin. Let the gelatin swell for 5-7 minutes.
2. After swelling of the gelatin, add sugar and put the pan on medium heat. Stir periodically until sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved.
3. After dissolving sugar and gelatin, add a little dye to the mixture and mix well to make a bright red color.
4. Remove the pan from the heat and give the mixture a little cool to room temperature.
5. Take molds for sweets or just a flat container and gently pour the mixture there.
6. Put the molds with the mixture in the refrigerator and let them freeze for several hours so that the sweets are completely frozen.
7. When the sweets are frozen, gently remove them from the molds and sprinkle them with corn starch or powdered sugar to prevent sticking.
8. The sweets “Red jelly” are ready! Indicate the air -permeable packaging and store them in a cool place.
