
Recipe for the preparation of a classic pumpkin pie:
Ingredients:
– 450 grams of pumpkin (peeled from the peel and seeds)
– 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
– 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
– 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 200 grams of sugar
– 2 eggs
– 240 ml of cream
– Factory layer base for pie
Instructions:
1. Pre -heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and weld in salted water until soft, then throw it on a sieve and let dry.
3. In a large bowl, combine ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, salt and sugar.
4. Add eggs to the cooked mixture and beat with a whisk until smooth.
5. Gradually pour the cream, continuing to whisk until the mixture becomes smooth.
6. Add the prepared pumpkin to a bowl with an egg-hung mixture and mix thoroughly.
7. Expand the factory layered base for the pie in the baking dish and carefully distribute the bottom and sides of the form.
8. Pour the resulting pumpkin filling onto the base and evenly level the surface.
9. Bake the pie in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until the filling is hardened and the edges of the pie will not become golden.
10. Leave the pie for cooling before serving. You can serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
