Tiramisu is a classic Italian dessert that will definitely please lovers of coffee and cream creams. To prepare this exquisite dessert, you will need the following ingredients: 200 grams of Savoyardi candy cookies, 250 grams of Mascarpone, 3 eggs, 100 grams of sugar, 1 tsp. Vanilla extract, 1 cup of hot freshly brewed coffee without additives, 2 tbsp. Cocoa powder for sprinkling.
First, separate the proteins from the yolks. Beat the yolks with a half sugar until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add vanilla extract and masquearpone, thoroughly mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
Beat the proteins in a separate bowl until peaks are formed. Gradually add the remaining sugar and continue to beat until the proteins become thick and shiny.
Gently insert whipped proteins into the cream, gently mixing them with a spatula from top to bottom. It is important not to pull the proteins so that the cream remains light and lush.
Put Savoyardi’s cookies in a small bowl and pour it with hot coffee. After a low impregnation, put a layer of cookies on the bottom of the shape for thyramis.
Then apply half the cream to the cookie layer. Distribute it evenly over the entire surface. Repeat the process with the remaining cookies and cream, creating a second layer. Close the top layer of the cream evenly.
Put the shape with tiramis in the refrigerator and leave for several hours or for the whole night so that the dessert is soaked and acquires a more saturated taste.
Before serving, sprinkle thyramisa cocoa powder through a sieve. This will add the aroma and complete the appearance of the dessert.
Tiramisu is ready! Bon appetit!
