
Recipe for making tiramisu with bananas:
Ingredients:
– 24-30 candy cookies like “Savoyardi”
– 3 ripe banana
– 250 g of masquearpone
– 100 g of sugar
– 3 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 200 ml of strong espresso
– 50 ml of Amaretto (liquor)
– 2 tablespoons of cocoa
Recipe description:
1. Prepare the espresso first step and leave it to cool.
2. Divide the eggs into yolks and proteins. Beat the proteins until peaks form and put in the refrigerator.
3. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone, sugar, yolks and vanilla extract until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
4. Gradually add whipped proteins to a mixture of mascarpone and gently mix until the ingredients are combined.
5. Dip the cookies into a cooled espresso with an amaretto and put it evenly on the bottom of the shape for thyramisa.
6. Apply half the prepared mixture of the masquearpone on the cookie layer.
7. Cut the bananas into circles and lay them on top of the mixture of the masquearpone.
8. Repeat the process with a layer of cookies remaining a mixture of masquearpone and bananas.
9. Sprinkle the upper layer of tiramisa cocoa powder.
10. Take the tiramisu in the refrigerator for several hours (preferably at night) so that the dessert is soaked and acquire the desired consistency.
11. Ready tiramisu can be decorated with chocolate shavings or fresh fruits before serving.
