
Tyramisu with chocolate cake recipe:
Ingredients:
– 200 grams of Lady Finger Ledes (Savoyardi)
– 250 ml of coffee (cooked and cooled)
– 3 eggs
– 100 g of sugar
– 250 gr Mascarpone
– 150 grams of dark chocolate (chopped)
– 2 tablespoons of cocoa
Recipe description:
1. Prepare coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
2. Divide the eggs into yolks and proteins. Beat the yolks with a half sugar until a lush mass is obtained.
3. Add masquearpone to whipped yolks with sugar and mix well until a homogeneous texture is obtained.
4. In another clean bowl, beat the proteins with the second half of the sugar until dense peaks are formed.
5. Gradually add whipped proteins to Mascarpone, gently mixing with a spatula or spatula. Try to maintain the airiness of the mixture.
6. In a deep form for the cake, put half the Lady Finger candy and slightly dip them in cooled coffee. Distribute a layer of candy in the bottom of the shape evenly.
7. Apply half of the masquearpone to the layer of candies, leaving its surface.
8. Sprinkle half the chopped chocolate to the surface of the masquearpone.
9. Repeat the procedure again: a layer of candies, mascarpone and chocolate.
10. The last layer should be from Mascarpone.
11. Put the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (preferably at night) so that it is saturated and become dense.
12. Before serving, sprinkle the cocoa-powder cake.
The finished Tiramisu with chocolate cake can be decorated with chocolate shavings, fresh berries or mint. Bon appetit!
