
Tiramisu cake in a glass is an exquisite dessert dish that can be prepared with a minimum of effort and ingredients. You will need: candies or crackers of Savoyardi, 250 g of masquearpone, 2 eggs, 50 g of sugar, 1 cup of strong espresso, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and a little dark chocolate for decoration.
Start by cooking cream. Divide the eggs and separate the yolks from the proteins. Put the yolks in a large bowl and add sugar. Beat them until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Then add the masquearpone and carefully mix to make a smooth cream.
In a separate bowl, whip the proteins until a dense foam is formed. After that, carefully combine them with the masquearpone-yellow mixture, gradually and gently mixing.
Now let’s start assembling the cake. To do this, take glasses or glasses and put on the bottom the candies or crackers of Savoyardi, previously impregnated espresso. Pour a small amount of cream on the top of Savoyardi and evenly distribute it.
