3. In another large bowl with a mixer, beat the butter and sugar until a fluffy and pasty consistency is obtained.
4. Add eggs one at a time, whipping thoroughly after each addition. Then add the vanilla extract and continue to beat.
5. Gradually add a mixture of flour and milk to a bowl with butter, starting and ending with flour. Mix only until all the ingredients are connected. Do not interrupt the dough.
6. Pour the dough into the prepared baking shape and level the surface.
7. Put the form in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and readiness. Check readiness by inserting a wooden skewer into the center of the cake – it should go out with a clean or with a small number of crumbs.
8. When the cake is ready, cool it in the form for about 10 minutes, and then carefully remove it and completely cool on the wire grill.
9. If desired, you can decorate the cake with glaze, whipped cream or fresh berries.
