To prepare white chocolate mousse, you will need the following ingredients: 200 g of white chocolate, 400 ml of cream (with fat content of at least 30%), 4 egg yolks, 50 g of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
First melt white chocolate using a water bath or microwave. Gradually add the cream, stirring constantly to get a smooth and homogeneous mass. Leave the chocolate mixture to cool to room temperature.
In another bowl, beat egg yolks with sugar until thick and lush mass. Add vanilla extract and continue to whip so that all the ingredients mix well.
Mix the chocolate mixture with egg-sajar mass, gently connecting them in a homogeneous texture. Make sure that all ingredients are completely mixed to avoid lumps and provide uniform distribution of taste.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream until the peak structure is formed. Gradually add whipped cream to the chocolate mixture, gently mixing from the bottom up so as not to lose volume and create the lightness of the mousse.
Pour the resulting mass into portioned cups or glasses and cool in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours so that the mousse froze and acquire the perfect consistency.
When serving, decorate white chocolate mousse if desired: sprinkle with grated chocolate, add fresh fruits or berries. Ready mousse can be enjoyed independently or use as an addition to other desserts.
