White chocolate souffle

White chocolate souffle recipe:
Suffle made of white chocolate is a delicate and airy dessert dish that will conquer the hearts of sweets lovers. This recipe is excellent for its simplicity of execution and at the same time will delight you with the result.
Ingredients:
– 200 g of white chocolate
– 4 eggs
– 50 g butter
– 40 g of sugar powder
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– seasoning at will: the zest of lemon or orange
– cream for serving (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare the baking molds for souffle, lubricating them with oil and sprinkling with flour or coconut.
2. Melt white chocolate and butter in a water bath or in a microwave. Stir periodically so that all the ingredients will melt evenly.
3. Separate the proteins from the yolks. Beat the squirrels into a lush foam using a mixer or corolla. Add half the sugar powder and continue to beat until stable peaks are formed.
4. In a separate bowl, beat the yolks with the remaining part of the sugar powder until the light creamy mass is formed. Add vanilla extract and seasoning at will (for example, lemon or orange zest). Mix thoroughly.
5. Gradually add molten chocolate with butter to the egg-yellow mixture. Mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
6. Carefully, but quickly add whipped proteins to the chocolate mixture. Mix upwards to maintain air souffle air.
7. Divide the resulting mixture into prepared forms for baking. Fill the forms by about 3/4 of the volume.
8. Put the forms with the souffli in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes. Suffle should rise and purchase a golden hue.
9. Serve the souffle from white chocolate immediately while it is even hotter. If desired, decorate it with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate or coconut.
