{"id":142,"date":"2023-11-28T06:13:34","date_gmt":"2023-11-28T03:13:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pazandachilik.uz\/eng\/?p=142"},"modified":"2023-11-28T06:13:34","modified_gmt":"2023-11-28T03:13:34","slug":"cream-brulee-cake-creme-brulee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pazandachilik.uz\/eng\/cream-brulee-cake-creme-brulee\/","title":{"rendered":"Cream Brulee Cake (Creme Brulee)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cream-Brule cake recipe:<br \/>\nIngredients:<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g of butter<br \/>\n&#8211; 400 g of sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 eggs<br \/>\n&#8211; 300 g of flour<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 teaspoons of baking powder<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract<br \/>\n&#8211; 250 ml of cream<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 yolks<br \/>\n&#8211; 100 g of sugar powder<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon of starch<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 tablespoons of brown sugar (for sprinkling)<br \/>\nInstructions:<br \/>\n1. Pre -heat the oven to 180 \u00b0 C. Prepare the baking dish, grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour.<br \/>\n2. In a large bowl, mix butter and 200 g of sugar until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add the eggs in turn, whipping well after each addition. Then add flour, baking powder and vanilla extract. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until a smooth dough is formed.<br \/>\n3. Pour the resulting dough into a prepared form and flatter the surface. Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake the cake for about 30-40 minutes, until golden and readiness (check readiness with a wooden skewer, which should come out dry).<br \/>\n4. While the cake cools down, prepare the cream-brown. In a small pan, mix cream, remaining sugar (200 g) and vanilla sugar. Heat the mixture over medium heat until a steam bath appears.<br \/>\n5. In a separate bowl, beat the yolks with powdered sugar and starch until smooth mass is obtained. Gradually add a small amount of hot mixture with cream to the yellow mixture, constantly stirring.<br \/>\n6. Return the resulting mixture back to the pan and continue to heat over medium heat, constantly stirring until the cream thickens. Remove from the pan from the heat and let the cream cool.<br \/>\n7. When the cake and the cream are completely cooled, carefully put the cream brolle on the top surface of the cake and evenly divide it throughout the area.<br \/>\n8. Sprinkle the cream-brown cream on top with brown sugar and gently burn it with a burner to make a crispy crust.<br \/>\n9. Cream-Bruck cake is ready!
