Here is the recipe for this amazing cake.<br \/>\nIngredients:<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g of flour<br \/>\n&#8211; 40 g of cocoa powder<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon of baking powder<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 teaspoon of soda<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/4 teaspoon of salt<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 eggs<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g of sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 100 g of butter (molten)<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 ml of sour cream<br \/>\nFor cherry filler:<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 g of frozen cherries without bones<br \/>\n&#8211; 100 g of sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 tablespoons of starch<br \/>\nFor cream:<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 ml of cream (with fat content of at least 35%)<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 tablespoons<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract<br \/>\nFor decoration:<br \/>\n&#8211; Chocolate shavings<br \/>\n&#8211; cherries (fresh or canned)<br \/>\nInstructions:<br \/>\n1. Pre -heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a baking dish (about 22 cm in diameter), grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour.<br \/>\n2. In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, soda and salt.<br \/>\n3. In another bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until a lush mass is obtained. Add molten butter and sour cream. Mix thoroughly.<br \/>\n4. Gradually add a dry mixture to wet, gently mixing until a homogeneous dough is obtained.<br \/>\n5. Pour the dough into the prepared shape and bake in a preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes or until cooked (check readiness using a toothpick).<br \/>\n6. Leave the biscuit cooling, and then cut it into two flat parts horizontally.<br \/>\n7. For the preparation of cherry filler, put frozen cherries, sugar and starch in a pan. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Leave to cool.<br \/>\n8. For the preparation of the cream, beat the cream, sugar and vanilla extract until a dense texture is obtained.<br \/>\n9. Start collecting the cake, applying a layer of cherry filler to the first biscuit, then add the cream and repeat the layers.<br \/>\n10. Decorate the cake with chocolate chips and fresh cherries.<br \/>\n11.
