{"id":178,"date":"2023-11-28T06:13:58","date_gmt":"2023-11-28T03:13:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pazandachilik.uz\/eng\/?p=178"},"modified":"2023-11-28T06:13:58","modified_gmt":"2023-11-28T03:13:58","slug":"cake-classic-crendel-classic-pretzel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pazandachilik.uz\/eng\/cake-classic-crendel-classic-pretzel\/","title":{"rendered":"Cake &#8220;Classic Crendel&#8221; (Classic Pretzel)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The recipe for the preparation of a classic condel (or also known as the Protezel) is what you need!<br \/>\nIngredients:<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 g of wheat flour<br \/>\n&#8211; 10 g of dry yeast<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tablespoon of sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon of salt<br \/>\n&#8211; 250 ml of warm water<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil<br \/>\n&#8211; Water for deceiving<br \/>\n&#8211; gross salt or sea salt for sprinkling<br \/>\nPreparation steps:<br \/>\n1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt.<br \/>\n2. In another bowl, mix warm water with yeast and let them activate for 5 minutes.<br \/>\n3. Add activated yeast and vegetable oil to dry ingredients. Mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.<br \/>\n4. Transfer the dough to the table pre-sprinkled with flour, and knead it for 5-7 minutes, until it becomes elastic and smooth.<br \/>\n5. Return the dough into a bowl, cover it with a clean towel and leave it in a warm place for about 1 hour, until the volume of the dough is doubled.<br \/>\n6. After approaching, divide the dough into equal portions and roll each of them into long ropes.<br \/>\n7. Fold the rope in the shape of the rollel &#8211; first form a &#8220;u&#8221; or a semicircle, and then cross the ends and attach them to the base of the rollel.<br \/>\n8. Prepare a large pot of water. Bring it to a boil and add prepared rolls to the water one or two at a time.<br \/>\n9. Compery rolls in boiling water for 30 seconds on each side. Then carefully remove them with a slotted spoon and put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.<br \/>\n10. Sprinkle rolls with rough salt or sea salt to taste.<br \/>\n11. Heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius and bake the rolls for 12-15 minutes until they get golden color.<br \/>\n12.
