Here is a recipe for you:<br \/>\nIngredients:<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 eggs<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g of sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g of flour<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon of baking powder<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract<br \/>\n&#8211; 4-5 apples (choose varieties, preferably sour)<br \/>\n&#8211; Sprinking powder<br \/>\nInstructions:<br \/>\n1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees C. Prepare a round shape for baking, grease it with oil or cover it with baking paper.<br \/>\n2. Divide the eggs into yolks and proteins. Beat the yolks with a half sugar until lush and light mass is formed.<br \/>\n3. In a separate pure bowl, beat the proteins until dense peaks are formed. Add the remaining half of the sugar and continue to whip to stable peaks.<br \/>\n4. Gently connect whipped yolks to whipped proteins, add a vanilla extract and slowly but thoroughly.<br \/>\n5. Check the readiness of the charlotte by inserting a wooden skewer or knife into it. If they come out dry, the cake is ready.<br \/>\n10. Leave the cake to infuse in the form for 10-15 minutes, then gently transfer it to the grille and let it cool completely.<br \/>\n11. After complete cooling, sprinkle the cake with powder and serve.<br \/>\nThis classic Charlotte pie goes well with a cup of hot tea or coffee.
